As what we can see in the above specs comparison, both have the same chipset, screen size, screen resolution and RAM. Connectivity wise both phones have WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and 3G capable.
The O+ 8.31z wins some points for having a bigger battery, slightly higher resolution main camera + LED flash and a secondary camera. On the other hand, A269i is slightly cheaper and has double the internal storage.
