Aside from the Android based X series, Nokia also introduced in MWC 2014 their most affordable Asha touch phone to date - the Nokia Asha 230.

Being an Asha device, it has all the perks of the platform, including Fastlane, a screen wherein you can access all your notifications (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and manage them. It sports a 2.8-inch touchscreen display with QVGA resolution and has 1.3MP fixed focus camera on its back to take snapshots and share it to your social accounts.

In the upcoming software update, it will have a 7GB free Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage wherein you can save and back-up your photos automatically. However, without Wi-Fi and without 3G capability, I doubt that this feature will be usable.

There will be a single SIM and dual SIM variant, it will be immediately available in EMEA, APAC, Europe and India for EUR45 or about 2700 pesos when converted to our currency.
