|Globe GoSurf Prepaid vs. Powersurf MB Prepaid Comparison|
Yesterday, Globe Telecom officially rolled out their fresh line-up of consumable MB-based mobile internet known as Globe GoSurf, available for both Globe prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
I checked the table in the Globe website and we saw something interesting versus their other consumable mobile net offer, the Powersurf MB. I focused on the prepaid section as me and most Filipinos are into prepaid.
Powersurf MB has the same function as GoSurf as I became a fan of this offer since the product was launched in November 2011 (before I switched in to Globe GoSakto MB-based mobile net offers). Unlike the time-based Powersurf, there’s no need for me to rush to log out of my email or social media accounts plus at that time, I only had a phone with 2G-capable mobile internet capability.
Fast forward to today, the advantage of GoSurf over the other is the free access to Spotify, a well known online music portal. If you’re not familiar both on Powersurf MB and the new GoSurf, here’s the table that I prepared for comparison.

Based on the comparison above, the free music access to Spotify to all price points is already value for money. When the load goes from P99 and above, you’ll see that you get 2 to 3 times more MB of mobile data at the same price vs. the Powersurf MB.
