|MyPhone Infinity Lite, Octa Core HD KitKat Smartphone For Php7,999|
MyPhone Infinity Lite is the newest octa-core smartphone that enters the country and it is currently one of the most cheapest in its category for only Php7,999.
The Lite on its name greatly suggests that it is a toned down version of their flagship Infinity, but there is still one thing that connects them together - an elegant looking aluminum frame.
Though it is still powered by an octa chipset from Mediatek, each CPU core is running at a slightly lower frequency at 1.4GHz each. There is 1GB of RAM, which is enough to run high-end games and some level of multitasking. The internal storage is 8GB, but unlike its more expensive brother there is a micro SD slot for storage expansion up to 32GB.
This Android 4.4.2 KitKat phone sports a 4.7-inch IPS touchscreen display with high definition (1280x720) resolution that gives a wide viewing angles and vibrant color reproduction.
To compensate for its price, the camera department employs 8MP shooter at the back accompanied by an LED flash while the front facing snapper has 5MP sensor. Connectivity wise, its dual SIM support 3G capability, it also has WiFi and Bluetooth.
With its price and specifications, it is a threat to MyPhone's own devices like the Iceberg Slim which has the same SRP, screen estate and cameras, but only has quad core processor. Likewise, potential consumers can also pick it up against the Ocean Elite which cost Php8,999.
