|NZXT Releases the S340 Mid-Tower CPU Casing|
NZXT releases the S340 which allows DIY CPU builders to create a sleek and efficient system. Its frame is made of cold-rolled steel and it does not have any optical bays.
Likewise, the HDD slot for the S340 has been moved to a lower position to make it easier to build. It also has a cable management system which features over twenty zip-tie locations to hold the wires together.
The NZXT S340 is also compatible with the Kraken X61 cooling system on the front intake and the Kraken X31 in the rear. This gives enough room for three 140mm or 120mm fans to cool down the system.
Meanwhile, the front panel is thick enough to allow smooth airflow to reach inside the casing. The usage of plastic in its construction is minimal and it also features USB 3.0 ports, filtered intakes, and a PSU shroud.
Despite the powerful performance that it can deliver, the NZXT S340 is compact enough to place in hard-to-fit areas and can be moved easily given its light weight. This chassis sports a minimalist design which builders would find practical. The NZXT S340 comes in Black or White colors and is now available at the NZXT Armory Store for US$69.99 or Php3,100.
