|Western Digital Philippines Launched The My Passport Wireless|
Western Digital, the world leader in connected solutions, unveiled in the country the easy to use WiFi-enabled mobile storage drive - the My Passport Wireless.
It allows consumers to back up and transfer any kind of content like photos and videos without wires and internet with any device that has WiFi connectivity such as smartphone, tablet or computer.

The My Passport Wireless transmits its own signal and lets users connect up to 8 devices at the same time. On top of that, it can also stream your media files to DLNA/UPnp devices such as TV's and gaming consoles. It has a built-in rechargeable battery that gives up to 20 hours of standby time and up to 6 hours of continuous video streaming.

This portable wireless drive also has an ultra-fast USB 3.0 port which you can use to transfer large amount of data. On top of that, it also has a built-in SD card slot that makes it more versatile in on-the-go situations such as when you need to free up space on your camera's memory card.

The WD My Passport Wireless portable drive is distributed by EA Global Supply Chain Solutions Inc. and Iontech Inc. It is now available in select retailers with MSRP of Php7,590, Php9,590 and Php11,990 for 500GB, 1TB and 2TB respectively.
