LG Mobile Philippines officially launched in the country last May 28 at the Theater in Solaire Resorts, its newest, much awaited and highly anticipated flagship device, the LG G4.

The LG G4 was unveiled globally last April 29 in six major cities around the world and after just one month, it finally reached our shore, ready to show its greatness to the Filipinos. It sports a 5.5-inch IPS Quantum Display with Quad HD resolution, giving it crisp and vibrant screen that is 20% better in terms of color reproduction, 25% brighter and 50% greater contrast compared to its competitors.

Another highlight of the LG G4 is its camera department wherein the main one at the back utilizes great photographic technologies to produce high quality and amazing shots. It has a 16MP resolution, f/1.8 aperture, bigger image processing sensor and much-improved optical image stabilization. Not only that, it also has manual settings and can shoot RAW, two capabilities that can only be found in high-end cameras and DSLR. Meanwhile, the camera in the front is equally impressive too, offering an 8MP module for selfie and video calling. Moreover, both cameras can record videos up to 2160p resolution.

Design wise, it is the first smartphone to use a premium and genuine vegetable tanned leather on its back cover. It is also environmentally-friendly and handcrafted to fit perfectly into the phone. The available color options locally are brown, black and red. Consumers can also opt to choose the ceramic or metallic-finished rear cover. In addition, it also has a Slim Arc design that provides better handling and offers about 20% durability compared to regular bar-shape mobile devices.

On the inside, it is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm 808 Snapdragon processor with 6 CPU cores, two of which are Cortex-A57 clocked at 1.8GHz each and the remaining four cores are Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.44GHz each combined with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM and expandable internal storage. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with human-centric LG UX 4.0.

The LG G4 is now available nationwide and retails for Php32,990 and Php31,990 for leather and non-leather finish respectively. In addition, every purchase comes with 100GB of Google Drive cloud storage.
