|Power Mac Center Launches Office 2016 for OS and iOS Devices|
Power Mac Center, the premium partner of Apple in the country, together with Microsoft Philippines, has launched in the local market the latest Office 2016 for OS and iOS devices.
The recently concluded event was held at the Power Mac Center branch in Rockwell wherein the official launching and partnership was headed by its CEO, Mr. Lawrence Sison together with the executives from Microsoft Philippines.
The new version of the MS Office for Mac provides a more intuitive user experience for Mac and iOS users with sharper graphics, multi-touch gestures and much improved OneDrive and SharePoint Integration.The Office 2016 is being offered in two types, one is a perpetual license and the other one is subscription based.
The first type is divided into two variants, the Office Home & Student 2016, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote, and Office Home & Business 2016 that includes the same productivity tools plus Outlook. Take note that for this type of product, the license is for one Mac only. The former has an SRP of Php7,650 while the latter has a retail price tag of Php14,500.
Meanwhile, the second type is known as the Office 365, it is being offered as Office 365 Personal for Php2,730 and Office 365 Home for Php3,500. The Personal, as the name implies, is for one user only, but you can install it in one Mac and one iOS device, the apps included are Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook plus 60 minutes of Skype calls per month. On the other hand, the Home has the same set of apps, but can be installed in 5 Macs and 5 iOS devices.
