|Haier Starts the Year Strong with New Products|
Haier, one of the largest appliance manufacturers around the globe headquartered in China, starts the 2016 strong with the release of new innovative products as well as its continuous efforts to tap international markets, specifically the United States.
The Haier Group has a rich history tracing its roots from the merger between the Qingdao Ref Company and German Liebherr Ref Company back in 1984. They also acquired the Sanyo brand in 2012 and just recently, the GE's Appliance Business Unit for a whopping $5.4 billion. In the Philippines, their quest started in 1996 offering variety of high quality and yet, very affordable appliances.

Earlier this year, Haier unveiled a new product line named Small Domestic and Kitchen Appliances with items that include coffee makers, electric kettles, ovens, induction cookers, kitchen hoods and gas ranges. The company is also set to release this Q1 the Smart, Android and Ultra HD 4K LED TVs. Moreover, the newly launched and released products, namely Top Load Washing Machine, Split-type and Window-type Inverter Air Conditioners, Side by Side, Two-door Top and Bottom Mount Inverter, and French Door Refrigerators are expected to boost the sales and help in achieving the 40% target growth for the year.
