|SkyEye Wins the Impact Hub Fellowship with LBC Startup Competition|
To discover and empower the next big thing that will address the mobility, Impact Hub Manila and LBC have chosen SkyEye Inc. as the winner of the Impact Hub Fellowship on Innovation in Mobility with LBC. SkyEye, Inc is a true Filipino startup that offers its services through unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for aerial maps and digital surface models.
SkyEye, Inc. will receive a grand prize of Php750,000, which also includes its seed funding of Php320,000. Furthermore, the company will also be granted continued support and development with LBC as well as Impact Hub Manila for the next nine months. It will also gain access to a collaborative workspace, as well as the valuable network at a local and global scale, focused mentoring, and continued skill development.

Aside from SkyEye, Inc., there are also two other companies that entered the 3-month Cohort Phase of the Fellowship that that that have participated in Impact Hub's KICK Incubation Program. Post-harvest food processing initiative, Food Planner takes food directly from the farmers then offers it to the market. The company has been known to pioneer the production of dehydrated food products. On the other hand, Wave is a ride-sharing, booking and social platform that offers an affordable service to daily commuters and professionals who work in the city. Both teams were also exposed to mentors, as well as given access to a network of innovators and the local startup community.
