Now, as a way of supporting the music industry in the Philippines and celebrating the importance of digital technology, the company just held the biggest Phone x Music Festival in the country that feature the most popular artists as well as fast-rising college bands.

Marc Marasigan, Victor Pring, Marga on Mic, Kat DJ and Patty Tiu were present during the event, with the OPPO brand ambassador Sarah Geronimo kicking it off at the Makati Globe Circuit Grounds with her top-rated hit songs such as “Perfectly Imperfect” and Tala.” Up Dharma Down also graced the event as they drew the largest crowd of fans when they sang “Tayong Dalawa,” “Sana,” “Oo,” “Park,” “Tadhana,” and “Indak.”

OPPO also took the event as an opportunity to celebrate the official local release of the F1's rose-gold variant. Dubbed as the selfie expert, the OPPO F1 comes with an 8MP selfie shooter that features a large ¼-inch sensor to deliver more beautiful and vivid images than the competition.

Its wide f/2.0 aperture lets 44 percent more light to enter the camera as compared to the standard aperture lens. Furthermore, its Beautify 3.0 feature can also step up your selfies and offer a natural glow as it removes blemishes.
There was even a replica of the F1 camera phone attached to a gigantic selfie stick, where fans took the opportunity to have their photos taken while their favorite artists are jamming in the background.
The rose-gold variant of the F1 camera phone is now available at OPPO concept stores and authorized dealers.
