Samsung is fond of expanding its portfolio of mobile devices, that the company practically has every smartphone fit for everyone interested in getting a smartphone or a tablet of their own. Now, for those looking to get a flip phone that can fit today’s standards, the South Korean tech giant has been churning out devices in such a form factor. Now, the latest of which seems to be a “Galaxy Folder 2,” that is if the recent leaks prove to be correct.
Promotional images of the Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 have recently surfaced online, and it shows the flip smartphone in all of its glory. It comes in a gold color, and it looks downright premium from the keys to the build quality itself.

As far as the specifications go, the Galaxy Folder comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset with 1.4GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. It features a 3.8-inch touchscreen display with 480 x 800 resolution, which would seem to be enough for its screen size. Internal storage goes for 16GB, which is also expandable via micro SD card slot. For its camera, it features an 8MP primary shooter and a 5MP selfie snapper. The battery is at 1,950mAh, and it will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. No word on the pricing and availability as of yet, so stay tuned when Samsung finally unveils it officially.
