By this time, Samsung’s name is tied to the Galaxy Note 7 explosion fiasco, that it appears on probably every news tech site. On the other hand, how about a change of pace with a new announcement from the South Korean tech giant? The company has announced an S-Pin variant of the well-received Galaxy Tab A (2016).

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) with S Pen is a big tablet that’s powered by a 1.6 GHz octa-core CPU paired with 3GB of internal storage. It also comes with a big 10.1-inch Full HD display, giving you a gigantic screen real estate that you can work with. Its internal storage goes for 32GB, which can be expanded via micro SD card slot up to 256GB.

Its photography performance will also rely on its 8MP primary shooter and 2MP selfie snapper. It packs a healthy 7,300mAh of juice, and it even supports 4G LTE connectivity for blazing fast internet speeds. It features Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, but of course, you’ll be expecting Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on top of it.

Of course, its primary feature is the S Pin itself. It also happens to be the same device that comes along with the Galaxy Note 7, so you’ll have access to the new features inside it. As far as availability is concerned, the tablet remains only available in South Korean with a price of $435, or around Php20,700 before taxes and duties.
