O Plus USA announced this smartphone last September 8 but with an expensive price tag of Php8,888. Earlier today they mentioned that there was some price mixed up and the O+ 8.31z only cost about one-third of price they initially broadcast. This dual-core device can be yours for only Php2995 with free 4GB micro SD card.

There are some important specs which are not mentioned like the processor chipset, RAM, ROM and screen resolution. Nonetheless, it is still a good catch especially that O+ seldom price their gadget this cheap.
