Cherry Mobile Life was released last month and with its gigantic specs at a price under 3K pesos it seems to be a formidable foe. Actually, I thought it swept the whole competition until I learned about the Arc Mobile Nitro 401D.

As what we can see in the above comparison table, both devices have almost identical specifications. The CM Life has a slight advantage for having 100mAh higher battery capacity, plus its CPU is clocked a bit faster. The Nitro 401D won a point for having a 2MP secondary camera.
Specs are just specs, however, I never had neither of the two smartphone therefore I won't be able to tell their real life performance. But if you do, please kindly share your experience in the comment section below.
actually the arc mobile 401d is clocked at 1.3ghz. and there are lots of difference between the 2 other than the batt and cam.

slightly larger bat (100mah)
better screen (better viewing angles)
more compact design (slightly smaller body than the 401d)
better software support (there are more users of cm life)
possible ota updates
cm life cons:
2 point touch bug
worse rear camera
uninspired design
no proximity sensor
no light sensor
does not have a modern 3.5mm audio jack (can not place branded earphones with mic eg: iphone earphones)
bad after sales support (just like other cm phones)
arcmobile 401d pros:
slightly better camera
better looking phone
better after sales support
modern 3.5 audio jack (can support branded earphones with mic)
with light sensor
with proximity sensor
no touch bug
arcmobile 401d cons:
worse lcd (very bad viewing angles)
slightly bigger than cm life
slightly smaller battery (100mah)
no ota updates
note: the cm life is heavier than the 401d, im just not sure if its a pro or con. personally i like the weight of the cm life better.

add a thousand more , go for the arc nitro500. better spec, wider screen, better baterry life.
ReplyDeletexperia headset with mic ang gamit ko sa cm life ko. gumagana naman. tested din sa samsung and alcatel headset ko, gumagana pareho.

ReplyDeleteKakainis yang arc mobile 401d sayang pera ko kakabili ko lang kahapon ang pangit sobra yung camera walang flash tapos napakalabo mas maganda pa ung camera ng Cm click ko kahit 2mp lang tapos ayaw pa matransfer nung apps sa sd card class 10 ung sd card ko pa grabe kakainis talaga dapat nag Cm life nalang ako

ReplyDeleteNakakainis lang sa 401d is yung camera, Sobrang labo! and 2point touch lang sya. but the battery is better. tapos may ibang apps na hindi talaga gagana ng ayos. like dumb ways to die and camera 360. tsk
