After becoming the first local brand to announce an NFC certified device, Cherry Mobile did it again with the W900 - an LTE capable Android smartphone for Php11,499.

The W900 LTE is one of the new gadgets that will be released this holiday season, it boasts a 4.3-inch high definition OGS touchscreen display which supports 10-point multi-touch.

It is powered by a 1.5GHz Dual Core processor combined with 8GB of internal storage coupled with 1GB of RAM. This will only support single SIM and comes with a free PowerBank when purchase until December 31, 2013.

To give you an idea there are LTE phones from international brands close to the pricing of the W900. The HTC One SV has a retail price of Php12,999 while you can get the Sony Xperia SP for Php12,800. Which one do you think consumers will you buy?
