SKK Mobile posted on their Facebook page their latest Android phone named as Glimpse. Priced at only Php2,399 it has a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen LCD powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.

Initial Specs:

• Dual SIM dual standby
• 4" capacitive touchscreen display
• Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean
• 1.2Ghz dual core processor
• Expandable storage up to 32GB via micro SD
• 2MP main camera
• VGA secondary camera
• WiFi
• Bluetooth

Important specs like screen resolution and RAM are not included. It also doesn't say 3G so most probably it is just 2G. I will keep this post updated once more information is available.
