MyPhone is one of the most reliable local brand in the smartphone industry, however, they only have a very few offerings when it comes in tablet. As far as I can recall, it is only the MyPhone MyPad 2 which is currently on sale on the market.
However, Gilbert of GB-SB managed to get hold of its successor the MyPad 3 which boasts a 10.1 capacitive IPS touchscreen display with WXGA (1280x800) resolution. It is powered by unknown 1.2GHz quad core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. There is only an 8GB of internal storage, but it is expandable up 32GB via micro SD card.
There is also a single SIM slot which can be used for high speed data connection. Other connectivity features include WiFi, Bluetooth and HDMI out. Camera wise, it has 5MP shooter on the back accompanied by an LED flash and another 5MP in the front.
The tablet runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and equipped with TARA. It cost a rather hefty 12,888 pesos and available now in some MyPhone stores and kiosks.
