The Droidz Portal X was introduced by Torque Mobile last January, it is a 7-inch tablet with full phone functionality, 3G data connectivity and mobile TV.
At the heart of the Portal X is a dual core MediaTek processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The internal storage is 4GB and can be expanded via micro SD card up to 32GB.
