| Lamudi Real Estate App Now Available in the Philippines |
Lamudi Philippines, an innovative web-based property finder in the country has launched their Mobile App available for download in Google Play Store.
This application helps you to search available properties from known developers/brokers and the option to contact them through the number they provided or via email.
Every search can be customized by the user, whether you want to buy or rent, you can filter the location, type of property, minimum numbers of bedrooms and your preferred price. Not only that, there is also a map tab (powered by Google Maps) which visually tells you the location of the property.
The app is optimized for Android devices running on Jelly Bean OS and up. Although, they did not recommend it for tablets, it seems to be working fine based on our observation. To know more about Lamudi, you can visit http://www.lamudi.com.ph
This is very handy and so easy to use, real estate agent like me really thankful for this! I just gave 5 stars for the app. :)
