Globe Telecom Transforming Customer Experience with Generation 3 Stores |
Have you been to SM North EDSA lately, specifically at the Globe store? Are you wondering what happened to their store?
Well, what you have seen is part of upcoming Generation 3 Stores of Globe Telecom, it would set a new standard on Philippine retail store in terms of design and experience. The North EDSA branch and the Globe store in Limketkai Mall in Cagayan de Oro are the first two to be transformed.
The transformation was spearheaded by Tim Kobe, the founder and CEO of Eight, Inc., the man behind the iconic Apple store in New York and directed by Ross Capili, a seasoned Filipino multi-awarded artist.

Instead of the usual "under construction" or "under renovation" found outside the store, it will be treated by various art events called ACTs (Art+Community+Technology) happening every other Saturday from 2PM to 5PM until the final ACT on December. The one you witnessed last October 25 was ACT 3 wherein it featured the works of "Spot-On" artists like George Tapan and Feanne to name a few.
