Camera-centric phones are widely available worldwide, but how about music-centric smartphone? It is hard to think and name one. But now, you will surely remember one device, the recently announced Marshall London.
What?! Yes, I was surprised too! One of the biggest names in audio industry revealed their first ever Android phone, which is touted as a device crafted for music.
The Marshall London sports a 4.7-inch IPS display with HD resolution, which translates to about 312 pixels per inch. It also protected against the usual scratches with the help of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. On the inside, it is powered by quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz each coupled with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage and runs on Android Lollipop.
Since it is made with audiophiles in mind, it also has a separate Wolfson WM8281 audio chip, which allows playing musics at higher resolution and even lets you play uncompressed music format such as FLAC. Not only that, it also has two front speakers with enhanced volume and bass. Moreover, it has two stereo jacks that are independent from each other, meaning you and your friend can watch videos or listen to your favorite musics at the same time and yet, each of you can adjust the volume at the level you want.
It is now available for pre-order for 4,995 Swedish Krona or about 26K pesos when converted directly to our currency. To make the deal sweeter, the retail package comes with Marshall Mode In-Ear Monitor. But, wait there is more!
