Sun Cellular announces their latest postpaid offering wherein subscribers can get a free Android smartphone, Android tablet and pocket WiFi for a monthly fee under 600 pesos, meet the new Sun Postpaid Best Value Plan 599.
Under the Sun Postpaid Best Value Plan 599, you get an Alcatel Pixi 3 tablet plus Alcatel Pixi First smartphone plus Sun Broadband pocket WiFi. The Pixi 3 is a 7-inch tablet with SIM slot powered by a dual core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.3GHz each bundled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the Pixi First sports a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display powered by 1.2GHz quad core Spreadtrum 7731 processor, it is the same chipset found in Smart's MyPhone My28 Smartphone Prepaid Kit. Both devices run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
In terms of inclusions, the Best Value Plan 599 comes with unlimited calls and texts to Sun, 250 texts to all networks and 450MB monthly data allowance plus non-stop Facebook. The data included is divided into two parts, 250MB for the mobile phone and 200MB of the pocket WiFi.
If the Alcatel bundle does not suit your taste, you can opt to choose other gadgets such as Lenovo Kraft, Alcatel Pop C9, Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, LG Leon plus Tone Plus, and Acer Z520 plus Leap Plus. If you choose any of these, your free text to other networks will become 400 while mobile surfing allowance is now 400MB per month.
