| Huawei GR5 Unveils in the Philippines, 5.5-inch FHD Octa Core Fingerprint for Php11,990 |
Along with the flagship Mate 8, Huawei Mobile Philippines also unveiled the Honor 5X or locally known as the Huawei GR5.
The Huawei GR5 has a 5.5-inch full HD display housed in an elegant and beautifully crafted, yet strong body made from aluminum magnesium alloy. The screen-to-body ratio is pegged at 72.2% and has a pixel density of 401 PPI, giving users an optimum viewing experience.

On the inside, it uses the second generation Qualcomm MSM8939 or commonly known as the Snapdragon 616. This chipset has an octa core 64-bit processor composed of four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz each and another four clocked at a lower speed of 1.2GHz plus Adreno 405 as its graphics processing unit. The GR5 also comes with 2GB of RAM to handle multiple applications and 16GB of expandable storage for apps, documents and multimedia contents.

At the back of the phone you will find the 13MP f/2.0 main camera accompanied by an LED flash for capturing everyday activities and wonderful moments. Still at the back is the fingerprint sensor, made not only to unlock the phone, but can also be used for other things such as taking photos or answering a call.
It will available this coming March 15 for a retail price tag of Php11,990.
