The Makati facility is highly robust as it can withstand Seismic Zone 4 loading (that is about an intensity 8 earthquake) and up to 300KPH wind velocity. Moreover, anything on the inside, both people and the equipment, are protected from external fire up to 8 hours. Though the facility is not yet LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified, its designs and features are based on LEED guidelines. It has energy-efficient cooling system, vertical gardens that improve air quality and regulate temperature, and solar perimeter lightings to name a few.

The VITRO Data Center has a 99.99% service level agreement, which means that it is operational the whole year with only 52.56 minutes of downtime or less, ensuring continuous operation. Moreover, it is highly secure from any intruder, as it has a mind-blowing 11 layers of security from perimeter fence up to the rack location.
