| ASUS ZenFone 3 Laser Lands in the Philippines for Php11,995 |
ASUS Philippines announced 6 smartphone SKUs at the recently held Zenvolution 2016, we already covered 5 of them and the last item on the list is the ASUS ZenFone 3 Laser.
The ASUS ZenFone 3 Laser is definitely an upgrade in many aspects over all the handsets under the Laser family. It packs a Full HD display that measures 5.5 inches diagonally and covered with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset that has 8 Cortex-A53 CPU cores clocked at 1.4GHz each and Adreno 505 as its GPU. The RAM and ROM are 4GB and 32GB respectively, compared to 3GB/16GB found in the Laser 5.5s, which is the last of its kind under the ZenFone 2 moniker.

Camera wise, it has a 13MP Sony IMX214 main shooter on its back with f/2.0 aperture accompanied by 2nd generation laser auto focus, color correction sensor and dual LED flash. In addition, it can capture 1080p blur-free videos, thanks to its electronic image stabilization or EIS. On the selfie side, there is an 8MP f/2.0 snapper with 89-degree wide- view angle and HDR mode for low light environment.
It is available in two color options, namely Glacier Silver and Sand Gold, and can now be purchased nationwide for Php11,995.
