| O+ Velocity 700 LTE Announced; Quad Core LTE with Free Smart Data for Php3,595 |
Last month, O+ USA partnered with Smart Communications to bring fast mobile LTE connectivity to the Filipino masses through the O+ Presto. The partnership was a huge success, and the mobile brand wants to continue the momentum by introducing additional variable to the equation, the O+ Velocity 700 LTE.
As the name implies, the O+ Velocity 700 LTE is a 4G/LTE capable handset that includes Band 28 or commonly known as the 700MHz band. It comes with a 5-inch IPS display powered by a 1.3GHz quad core processor coupled with 8GB of internal storage and unknown amount of RAM. The other notable specs are 5MP main shooter on its back, 2MP selfie snapper, 1800mAh battery and runs on Android Marshmallow.

As for the telco partnership, the device is being sold for Php3,595 bundled with free Smart data - 100MB per month for 12 months plus additional 500MB data per month for a year, provided users are able to accumulate at least Php150 load every month. Moreover, there will be also a free Talk 'N Text (TNT) SIM card loaded with free Facebook, Twitter and Viber for 7 days plus 2 days Unlimited Text To All Networks
