| Smart Opens Second Flagship Store at SM North EDSA Annex |
As part of re-inventing and re-shaping the meaning of customer service, Smart Communications opened its second flagship store in the Philippines.
Just like the first flagship store in SM Megamall, the one in SM North EDSA is also filled with Augmented Reality windows, interactive "Experience" tables, Self-Care kiosks, and Product walls, that allows subscribers and customers to interact with tons of things the telecommunication company are offering.

There is also a Social Corner wherein people can chill, relax, have some refreshments, charge their gadgets, and do some web browsing while waiting for their requested service to be fulfilled. By the way, there are several elite Smart Squad customer service experts to assist you in whatever you need from start to finish.
Moreover, the new flagship store also caters some services and products of its sister companies and affiliate brands, such as payment of Sun Cellular bills or reloading of Pay Maya cards. The Smart store is located at the 4th level Cyberzone Area of SM North EDSA Annex in Quezon City.
