| Viber Rolls Out New Version, Now Features Instant Video Messages and Chat Extensions |
Viber, a free instant messaging and voice over IP cross-platform application, recently released a new update that improved functionality and adds tons of extras.
The new version of Viber now features an Instant Video Messages wherein users can pre-record a video message and send it in an instant with just a simple quick press and hold. The videos are presented in a circular manner and has a maximum length of 30 seconds, keeping your connection simple, light, and of course, fun.
The other added function, is the Chat Extensions, wherein users have now the ability to access 3rd party services with the likes of Giphy, Wikipedia, and TheMovieDB by simply tapping the "@" and choosing the service they want. Moreover, the new Viber brings redesigned emoticons, which are now flat and has colorful aesthetics that makes them more visually eye-candy looks.
