ASUS Zenfone Live Arrives in PH; Real-Time Beautification for Php6,995

During the Zenfone 3 Zoom Catch The Moment event, ASUS Philippines surprisingly unveiled a second device, which features real-time beautification technology, the ASUS Zenfone Live.

The beautification feature has become an integral part of almost all camera software on most, if not all smartphone brands, however, this thing has been confined into a still image. And, if I am not mistaken, the ASUS Zenfone Live is the first Android phone to have this "beauty mode" applied to live video.

With the help of the built-in BeautyLive app, users can now enhance their appearance when going live in Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. In terms of imaging capabilities that go with the BeautyLive app are a 13MP f/2.0 main shooter with LED flash on the handset's back, and a 5MP f/2.2 front snapper.

Other than this main selling point, the rest of the specs are pretty much standard. It sports a 5-inch IPS display with HD resolution powered by 1.2GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.
