| Samsung Launches the Galaxy S8, S8+ in the Philippines |
It’s official! Samsung Philippines recently launched the tech giant’s newest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S8 and S8+.
Showcasing its unique Infinity Display, it exhibits revolutionary aesthetic and advanced technology to give users functional design at its fullest with its end-to-end screen that spills over the device’s sides. It forms a completely smooth, continuous design with no bumps or angles.
“The Samsung Galaxy S8 is infinity embodied. It is the proof that Samsung keeps its consumers’ dreams at the core. Now, the dream of limitless possibility is here. We are here to celebrate this dream tonight. Beyond the launch of our most exciting device, we honor Samsung’s commitment to excellent quality and craftsmanship,” Rhinn Piczon, Business Unit Head for IT & Mobile, said.
The launch was hosted by its brand ambassador Solenn Heussaff. Among the guests who showed their support were celebrities Kylie Versoza, Alice Dixon, Bianca King, Tippy Dos Santos, Bianca Gonzalez, and Christian Bautista to name a few.

And last but not the least, representatives from Samsung’s esteemed partners came to show their support – Smart, Globe, Lazada, and Abensons. The overwhelming presence of all these guests brought to new heights the show of support for the smartphone giant and its newest device.

The Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be available in color Midnight Black, Maple Gold, and the new Orchid Gray. These will all be available starting May 5 in all Samsung Experience Stores and accredited dealers.
