| OVVI, The Newest Smartphone Brand in the Philippines |
Vivo Philippines would probably irk with the name of the latest smartphone brand that entered the country, simply because this newcomer has identical letters with them, albeit arranged differently, meet OVVI.
I learned about OVVI through a friend familiar with the business, and a quick search on Google reveals more details. According to their Facebook page, they already started selling their phones online via BigMK as well as several offline channels located in the different parts of the metro.
Browsing through their website, there are currently four models in their line-up, the Cute C1, Blade 3, Jumbo X1, and Knight K1, all of which belongs to the entry-level segment. The first three devices retails for Php1,699, Php3,999 and Php4,999 respectively, while we are still blank about the price of the K1.
Checking the internet further gives us a glimpse of other devices in the pipeline, they currently have a total of 12 SKUs, including four models that have octa core chipset, with list prices starting at just US$99.
