| CloudFone Reveals Thrill Boost 2 for Php2,699 |
Aside from the two siblings Excite Prime 2 and Excite Prime 2 Pro, CloudFone has also made an announcement regarding the successor of the Thrill Boost, and as you may have guessed, they simply named it as Thrill Boost 2.
The CloudFone Thrill Boost 2 is an entry level offering that sports a 5-inch display with FWVGA resolution. On the inside, it is powered by 1.3GHz quad core MediaTek MT6580 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage.
The above mentioned specs are exactly the same with its older brother, but that's where the similarities end. The new model comes with 5MP main shooter and a 5MP front snapper, both of which has their respective LED flash, as opposed to just 5MP/VGA combination of last year's Thrill Boost. The battery capacity is also increased, from 2000mAh, it is now 2500mAh. The operating system is now also updated, from the previous Android Marshmallow, now it is Android Nougat.
It will be available next week for an asking price of just Php2,699, and comes with free earphones and back cover case.
