| Cloudfone Launches Lite Senior Phones with S.O.S Button; Price Starts At Php799 |
Cloudfone recently released its Lite Senior phones, boasting an S.O.S. Button and other contents and features designed for senior citizens as well as emergency situations.
Available in the bar and flip variants, the brand’s latest feature phones sport an S.O.S. Button that automatically activates an alarm, sends emergency SMS, and calls up to five different emergency contacts with just one press.

CellPrime COO Jaime Alcantara addressed that a user can always contact someone in a non-life threatening circumstances, but it’s a different case if the situation is life threatening.
“This is a very simple device that our elderly loved ones, people who are close to our hearts, can appreciate in times of emergency as well as for everyday use, with big fonts and screen display, and large buttons on its keypad. Although we had our seniors in mind when we were developing this, we can also see how this could help with children of school age and other members of the family who can also have peace of mind by having this phone,” Alcantara added.
Meanwhile, as part of the CSR Give-Back Project of Cloudfone, the smartphone brand gave free Lite Senior phones to 20 senior patients of Martinez Memorial Hospital in Caloocan City. Also, CellPrime executives demonstrated how the S.O.S. Button works and how it could help them during emergencies.
The Cloudfone Lite Senior (Bar) and Cloudfone Lite Senior (Flip) are now available with an SRP of Php799 and Php1,299, respectively.
