| HTC U Play Unveils in PH for Php18,990; Octa Core, 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM, 16MP Selfie Camera |
Together with other HTC latest smartphones launched in the country, the returning mobile manufacturer recently made the HTC U Play available to local consumers through Lazada Philippines.
The HTC U Play is powered by an octa core MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and complemented by 64GB of on board storage space. The chipset is slightly old, which is also the same SoC found in the likes of OPPO F1 Plus, but it is still pretty much capable.
Like the HTC U11 and HTC U Ultra, this 5.2-inch Android Marshmallow handset also boast sophisticated and elegant liquid surface finish. Moreover, just like the other U series phones, it features HTC Sense Companion as its built-in personal assistant, and HTC U Sonic innovation for clearer and more immersive earphone listening.
Meanwhile, the camera department is equipped with 16-megapixel front snapper with UltraPixel mode for unparalleled light sensitivity for great selfies and groufies. On the other side of the phone, is a high-resolution auto focus 16-megapixel rear shooter with Optical Image Stabilization and Phase Detection AF for blazing fast focus speed and more accurate blur-free photos.
The HTC U Play is the most affordable among the U family and has an asking price of Php18,990. It is distributed by Gadget World and it is now available online via the HTC’s official store in Lazada Philippines.
