| Ricoh ProC5200s Unveiled in PH; Reduces Print Costs While Delivering High-Volume Output |
Ricoh Philippines has unveiled the latest addition to its line of production printers – the ProC5200s, a light production printer designed to help reduce printing costs for in-house company print centers and commercial printers.
“With today’s business trend, large corporations with small and frequent commercial print demands are having their own print room or Corporate Reprographics Department to reduce their outsourced printing cost. This addresses the needs of urgent print requirements at just the right quantity with high quality outputs,” Eric Sulit, President and CEO of Ricoh Philippines, said.
Eyeing to redefine the standard in print technology, the ProC5200s delivers high-volume and high-quality output with minimal footprint. It has print speeds of up to 65 pages per minute at 1,200 x 4,800 dpi VCSEL quality, and a duty cycle of up to 300,000 pages per month
The print quality is also enhanced by a fusing belt that provides more consistent transfers and toner adhesion on specialty stocks. It even allows printing across a wide range of media, with a variety of finishing options.
Ideal for booklet production, users can print on thick stock of up to 360 gsm or 13-inch x 19.2-inch in size. It also has tight registration, saddle-stitching, embedded Paper Library, and folding capabilities. Optional Cover Interposers and Booklet Finisher options are available, too.
