Samsung Philippines has officially launched its newest television that offers premium picture quality, and when not in use, the device turns into a customizable work of art where users can freely curate their favorite artwork and photos – the Samsung The Frame TV.

“This year, we would like to provide TVs that are not only stunning and sophisticated, but also beautiful masterpieces that are versatile to fit within any living space. The design of Samsung The Frame has been conceived through the vision of a TV that is beautiful even when it is turned off,” Samsung Product Marketing Head for TV and Audio Jun Guevara said.

Eyeing to blend with user's living room's interior, the Samsung The Frame TV has an Art Mode feature that lets users display any artwork from the Samsung Collection – a built-in library of over 100 exclusive pieces by known artists. Users can even upload their personal photos, and customize its display with a variety of layouts and filters using their smartphone.

In order to appear like a true painting mounted on a wall, the TV comes with a wooden frame bezel that is available in White, Walnut, and Beige Wood. It is equipped with brand’s No Gap Wall Mount system, and Invisible Connection Cable for an organized cable setup, as well.

The device has brightness sensor, too. This allows the screen to seamlessly adjust to ambient lighting. Through this sensor, the television display when in art mode really blends with user’s interiors.
