2017 is a great year for Vivo. With the success of their features-packed phones, the Vivo V7 and Vivo V7+, it shows how great Vivo is when it comes to their ads and marketing.

They are one of the fastest growing smartphone brand locally and globally. Vivo has at least 1.1 million users and 5,200 stores in the Philippines. Globally, they have over 200 million users over 19 global markets. They also has one of the highest year-over-year growth in global shipments at 32%.

Vivo's success is no fluke though. They have pushed the brand to constantly find innovations and focus on improving user experience. They have 6 research and development centers that continually look for ways to make their devices better. They also strengthened their partnership with telecommunication equipment giant Qualcomm.

They also catered to the younger and more selfie-centric market. They launched a 24MP front camera with the Vivo V7 and V7+ for capturing the perfect selfie shot. In addition to that, their marketing and endorsement game is on point. In mid 2017, they signed up NBA superstar Stephen Curry to represent their brand. They also became the official sponsor of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, Locally, they supported events such as the ABS-CBN NBA Philippines 2016-2017 season as well as the 2017-2018 season of the NCAA Men's Basketball and the UAAP Men's Basketball Season 80.
Vivo also had a big presence in the entertainment industry in the Philippines. They signed up popular brand ambassadors that include Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Juli Ann SanJose, Joyce Pring, Sue Ramirez, Barbie Forterza, KZ Tandingan and a lot more. Overall, they have 25 popular celebrities as brand ambassadors.

They also serves as a co-presenter for the 2018 Mega Fashion Week Spring Summer. They also held 59 mall tours nationwide as well as 19 school tours in various colleges and universities.

Vivo also made an effort to continue their humanitarian projects as well. In December 2017, they launched a tribute video for the freedom fighters of Marawi which was a viral hit with a total of 2.2 million views on Vivo's Philippines' official Facebook page. In addition to that, they also had a Pre-Christmas CSR activity in the AFP Hospital to pay tribute to our heroic soldiers. Vivo Philippines and brand ambassadors dropped by to spend time with the wounded soldiers of Marawi to give them moral support.

The success of Vivo in 2017 is the fruit of their effort to cater to different audiences. They continue to develop devices that are innovative and  deliver great user experience.
