Canon EOS M50 Launches in the Philippines; Price Starts at Php38,998

Canon is disrupting the mirrorless camera market with the EOS M50. It has some of the latest features that can be great for casual and serious photographers, and even for vloggers, one of which is the UHD 4K video capability.

Canon says that their main objective with EOS M50 is to capture "true-to-life moments". Which means they are focusing on the quality of the photos and videos the EOS M50 captures. It has a 24.1 APS-CMOS sensor with optical low pass filter that provides anti-aliasing capabilities.

ISO levels vary between auto and manual modes. Auto can get you ISO levels from 100 - 6400 while manual can go up to 25,600. You can also expand this up to 51200. It has a 3-inch electrostatic capacitive touchscreen LCD display with up to 1,040,000 dots. It also has a 2360K-dot electronic viewfinder.

The Max FPS it has is 10FPS for continuous shooting. It supports JPEG, 14-bit RAW and RAW+JPEG formats. It can shoot 4K, 1080p, and 720p videos as well. Memory-wise it supports UHS-I SD card, SD, SDXC and SDHC. Lastly, it has a manual pop-up flash and WiFi connectivity.

The Canon EOS M50's body will cost Php38,998.
