Spare Parts Price – this tool gives the reference price of your device's part. For instance, if you own the brand’s latest A83 handset, you can get its part for as low as Php200 up to Php6,500.

Meanwhile, the company addressed that actual repair price is subject to inspection and stock availability. Prices may also vary according to color variation. Fortunately, if your device is still eligible to warranty terms, free service will be offered to you. If not, only spare parts will be charged, as labor service is free of charge.

Software Updates – this lets you download the latest software version available for your smartphone.

Repair Status – if your smartphone is already up for repair, you can now check its repair status through its IMEI or Repair Order Number.

Service Center – through this tool, you can now easily find the nearest service center around you to get the help you need for your device.
