PLDT Bags 13 Awards for Outstanding Communications Programs |
PRSP’s Anvil Awards is an annual gathering that recognizes PR and communications programs from the private and public sector that use the real virtue of PR on molding successful brands and companies.
“We are very grateful to the Board of Judges of the Anvil Awards and the PRSP. Doing this work is rewarding in itself. Winning these awards is a huge bonus that encourages us to try even harder to make communications serve our customers and the public well,” Ramon R. Isberto, PLDT Spokesperson and Head of Public Affairs, said.
The company has received a Gold Anvil for the “Fibr XP: Bringing the Fibr Experience Nationwide” of PLDT Home, while it claimed Silver Anvils for “Home Fibr the Ms. Universe,” “#ConnectwithPurpose Social Media Day,” and the “Home Fibr XP Roku-powered TVolution” launch and the campaign, as well.
PLDT Enterprise also bagged four Silver Anvil for its campaigns directed to their enterprise and government clients with the “2016 MVP Bossing Awards”, “Industry Suite Launch”, “Hot Joe Magazine” and its “LGU Campaign.”

PLDT Public Affairs, on the other hand, added two Silver Anvils for the “PLDT 2016 Annual Report – Digital Like Never Before,” and the 88th anniversary event “#PLDT88 Hackathon: Creating Digital Tools for the Better Customer Experience.”
Locking the 13 awards for PLDT are the 10th anniversary celebration of Gabay Guro, “A Decade of Dedication and Gratitude to Filipino Teachers,” and the flagship education advocacy program of PLDT Smart Foundation and PLDT Managers’ Club Inc. – the Gabay Guro campaign.
