It’s official! In China, Honor recently unveiled the Honor 7 Play, which disguises itself as a twin brother of the Huawei Y5 Prime.

The Honor Play 7 flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ screen that has 18:9 FullView display, giving off a 1440 x 720 resolution. Under the hood, it packs 64-bit MT6739 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, and is paired with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. The device is coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 256GB.

Moving on to its camera department, it is equipped with 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and LED flash, and 5-megapixel selfie snapper that comes with screen flash.

The device boasts 3020mAh battery to accompany users on their daily tasks. It runs on EMUI 8.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system, too.

The Honor 7 Play will be available beginning May 22 for CNY 599 or roughly Php4.9K.
