| First Ever PLDT-Smart Store Opens in BGC |
Located at the ground floor of the World Plaza Building in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the first-ever PLDT-Smart Store aims to make an easy access to the customers of PLDT, Smart, and Cignal and to enjoy industry-leading digital solutions for home and mobile.
“We envision the PLDT-Smart Store to be an ultimate go-to for digital solutions,” PLDT-Smart Chief Revenue Officer Eric Alberto said. “With this converged store, we hope to make it easier and more rewarding for our customers to enjoy cutting-edge digital solutions for home and mobile.”

The design of the store is very sleek yet modern style, while at the same time, warm and accommodating. The total aesthetic puts priority on the content, giving such ease of access and providing immersive experiences.
In case you'll need help, there are Experience Officers in-store that can handle the customer's concern and be providing some expert advice according to your particular needs.

The self-service InfoTouch booth that gains permits to the customers to view and print billing summaries, check account details and make repair requests, are some of the digital installations included inside the store. On the other hand, the Smart Super Kiosk is a place for the customers who want to settle their bills or to request a change of SIM card without giving queuing numbers.
According to PLDT-Smart Retail Head Alex O. Caeg, "the group’s thrust towards convergence and the launch of PLDT-Smart Store is intended to bring the best digital experiences closer to customers." He added, “The converged store was designed with our customers in mind. We want to ensure that our customers get to enjoy meaningful, convenient, and the best digital experience with our products and services.”
Aside from the above-mentioned features, there's a Broadband Visualizer that gives the customers to check data usage for different types of online activities as well as giving the estimation on the download and upload times. Essentially, the advantage of this is to help a customer in choosing the best broadband plan. Lastly, while you're waiting for some transactions, the Interactive Table lets you browse, play, watch and listen to some music, and for selfie addicts out there, they have an Augmented Reality Wall that takes life-size photos with adorable filters.
