In April, Motorola launched its new budget smartphone – the Moto E5 Play. Now, the brand has released the phone's new Android Go edition.

Serves as an upgrade from the regular model, the Moto E5 Play Android Go edition now flashes an 18:9 display. It flaunts a 5.3-inch panel that gives off a 1440 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, it is packed with the same Snapdragon 425 or 427 chipsets, paired with Adreno 308 graphics. The device is also coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.

Moving on to its camera department, it sports a 8-megapixel rear camera, and 5-megapixel front snapper. It boasts 2800mAh battery, too.

The phone runs on Android Oreo (Go Edition) operating system, loading the handset with lighter applications.

The Motorola Moto E5 Play Android Go Edition’s price starts at EUR 109 or roughly at Php7K, and will be available in Europe and Latin America soon.

Meanwhile, there are no words yet about its local pricing and availability.
