UNBOXING:
Retail Package |
The retail package contains the essentials, of course it has the unit itself along with the USB cable and paper documents. The USB cable included is only the standard USB 2.0 Type A to USB 2.0 Micro Type B, there is no USB Type C or lightning cable.
HARDWARE and PERFORMANCE:
All-Screen Front |
Baseus Bracket Wireless Powerbank looks premium with its rugged body made of PC+ABS (Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) material, and all-screen like front. That said, it actually looks a chubby smartphone at first glance, especially when the display is turned off. It is about 16mm thick, and weighs around 320 grams, which is considered pocketable and light at the same time. It is available in black and red colors.

Going back to the display, it only occupies a little space at the upper portion of the powerbank's facade. The display output is clear and straightforward, it tells how much battery is left, show the word IN if it is recharging, and also indicates if it is charging devices either at a normal rate (OUT Normal) or fast rate (OUT Fast).
Input and Output Ports |
Moving on, the On/Off button is located on the left side, while the two USB output ports and micro USB input port are all located at the top.
It also has a sliding bracket on the right side that acts as a support when the powerbank is used as a stand. However, the opening is not that wide, which means the phones with thick protective casing won't fit at all.
Retractable Stand |
The output ports can give a maximum power of 10 watts to your gadgets, that is 5 volts 2 amperes output. The same is true for the input port, you can charge it at 5V/2A max. Meanwhile, the wireless output port is only 5 watts, which is 5V by 1A.
It can charge three devices at the same time - two using wires and one without a cable. The last one is obvious, simply because the name of the powerbank has wireless in it. To do so, your phone must have wireless charging capability, then just place it at the top of the powerbank's screen, and you are good to go. Based on our test, the Apple iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy S8 worked fine without issue, even if both devices have protective casing.
Wireless Charging |
It has a Polymer Lithium battery that has a typical value of 8000mAh, which can easily fully charged a device two to three times or fully charged multiple devices at the same time, depending on how you prefer to use it.

Meanwhile, refilling its charge using a 5V/2A charger usually took us about 4.5 to 5 hours. So, if you are using 5V/1A charger, the time to fill up the juice will be longer. Therefore, we recommend to leave it charging overnight, just be sure you are using a high quality power adapter with over charging protection. By the way, you don't have to worry about the powerbank, as it has lots of safety features that include protection against overheating, over voltage, over charging, and short-circuit to name a few.
CONCLUSION:
The Baseus Bracket Wireless Powerbank is indeed a great source of backup power on the go. It has sufficient capacity that can charge a device or two, plus the convenience of charging without cable for Qi-enabled gadgets. Moreover, the retractable stand always comes in a handy whenever you feel to kill time by watching movies or Korean dramas.
