| Tech Giants to Grace DigiCon 2018! |
Set to talk about the latest trends in the digital ecosystem, DigiCon 2018 eyes to explore the dynamics between brands in what’s named as The Experience Economy.
Leading the international roster of speakers will be Bozoma St. John – a marketing guru and one of the world’s well-known women in tech. Bozoma’s works have huge impacts on various companies like Uber and Apple Music. Now, she is tapped as the new CMO of entertainment firm Endeavor.
“Everything’s an experience now. Brands can no longer depend on just the face of their products and services,” IMMAP President Ken Lingan, who also works as the Country Manager of Google Philippines, addressed. “Now, it’s about how brands make customers feel. It’s about creating memories about your brand.”
The speakers will share their knowledge across three sub-themes tagged as Brand Experience (BX), User Experience (UX), and Customer Experience (UX). Moreover, the convention will also offer workshops, trade exhibits, and various opportunities for expanding participants’ professional networks.
