| Xiaomi Mi A2, Mi A2 Lite Arrive in the Philippines with a Price Drop! |
When Xiaomi has announced the official pricing of the series in the country, many were already impressed considering that both the Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite are packed with capable specs. However, the brand bravely slashed its price tags to make it more affordable to consumers.
As a recap, the Mi A2 Lite comes with a smaller 5.84-inch FHD+ display than the regular variant. Due to its notch, it delivers a 19:9 screen aspect ratio with a 2280 x 1080 resolution. Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 625 processor paired with Adreno 506 graphics. It comes with two RAM/ROM configurations: 3GB + 32GB, and 4GB + 64GB.
It also sports 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual rear cameras, and 5-megapixel selfie snapper with A.I. capabilities to upgrade you mobile photography. It boasts a bigger 4000mAh battery, too.

Jumping off to the Mi A2, Xiaomi equips the device with a notchless 5.99-inch FHD+ LTPS display, resulting to an 18:9 aspect ratio. Inside, it carries a more powerful Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor complemented with Adreno 512 GPU. It can load up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
It offers a great dual-rear camera setup composed of 12-megapixel Sony IMX486 and 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensors. Also, the phone is equipped with a 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 selfie shooter.

Mi Store Philippines has announced that the Mi A2 smartphone series is now available at Mi Store Trinoma and Mi Flagship Store Megamall.
The Mi A2 Lite is originally tagged at Php9,990 (3GB/32GB) and Php11,990 (4GB/64GB), but it now sells for only Php9,490 and Php10,990, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Mi A2 is now available in 4GB/64GB variant for only Php13,990 from its original asking price of Php14,990. There are no words yet about its 6GB/128GB model, but the Chinese mobile manufacturer initially priced it at Php17,990.
