According to an alleged specs sheet, the Mi 8 Youth will be available in three RAM/ROM configurations: 4GB/64GB, 6GB/64GB, and 6GB/128GB. The Mi 8 Screen Fingerprint Edition, on the other hand, might be coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
There are still no official words about the two handsets. But as the name suggests, the Mi 8 Youth would be a toned-down version of the Mi 8. Hence, it could be powered by a Snapdragon 710 chipset.

Meanwhile, the Mi 8 Screen Fingerprint Edition is more likely to boast an in-display fingerprint sensor, while it could be packed with specifications similar to the regular Mi 8.
