The Cherry Mobile Flare Y3 Mini is the most affordable in the Y family, and being the most budget-friendly, we are not expecting much from this handset. Surprisingly, it still packs quite decent specs for its asking price of just Php2,299.

It comes with 4-inch display, 1.3GHz quad core chipset under the hood, 1GB of RAM for multitasking, 8GB of ROM for storing apps and other files that can be expanded up to 32GB, runs on Go Edition of Android Oreo, 3G-ready dual SIM slots, 5MP rear camera with flash, and 2MP front snapper for taking selfies.
The battery capacity, and availability among others are still unknown as of this writing. We will update this post once more details are at hand.
