Realme Coming to PH on November 29 Exclusively via Lazada |
A strategic partnership has been made between Realme Philippines, thru its Chief Operating Officer Jacky Chen, and Lazada Philippines, thru its Chief Business Officer Emmanuelle Chavarot, that is expected to drive the growth of e-commerce in the country further by offering highly competitively priced smartphones that are just a few clicks away.
“We see the requirements of the emerging young generation and the opportunities these entail. We started in India six months ago, but SEA is one of the most-important overseas markets for Realme. We are now present in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and in the next few days, the Philippines. We are very glad that we can now cater to a very vigorous market – the Filipino youth – who contributes tremendously to the growing trust of Filipinos in online shopping platforms. We are making sure that our products are available to this market and offer them at remarkably affordable prices,” shares Jacky Chen.
“As a young smartphone brand, Realme offers an exciting portfolio that Lazada is only thrilled to bring to Filipinos online. Despite being just six months old, the smartphone brand made waves in the recent 11.11 Online Shopping Festival in Lazada Southeast Asia. Now in the Philippines, Realme and Lazada will conduct an in-depth, strategic level partnership to provide the best products with affordable price to the young generation. We believe we can deliver more together,” Emmanuelle Chavarot said.

As of this writing, the young mobile is teasing the release of Realme C1, which sports a huge 6.2-inch HD+ display powered by octa core Snapdragon processor paired with large 4,230 battery. Based on the specs of C1 in India, we can say that it is exactly the same as the OPPO A3s, which is currently being sold in the country for Php6,990. Therefore, we believed that the Realme C1 will be priced more affordable than that!
By the way, there is no mention yet if they will also bring the Realme 1, Realme 2, and Realme 2 Pro in the Philippines.
